Had a chance to meet him a while back. We feel blessed every time we drive under the place where he is up high praying! What a blessing for our city! He's a great musician.......He plays mean washboard with a spoon. I bumped into him in front of the city's planning & engineering building several weeks ago. Yes, he wore his robe & had his staff, but what I like about Virgil is his infectous smile and his up-beat attitude for Jesus.
